Job Title: Project Manager – Architectural Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with an Architectural Engineering background to lead and manage our construction projects in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and alignment with budget and client expectations.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from concept to completion
• Monitor project performance in terms of time, cost, and quality
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
• Lead coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction issues
• Manage project budgets, variations, and resource allocation
• Prepare project status reports and attend progress meetings with clients
• Ensure compliance with local safety standards, and project contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience, preferably 15, in construction project management
• Experience working on mid to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
• Based in Saudi Arabia with strong knowledge of Saudi regulations and procedures
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, REVIT, AutoCAD)
