Role Overview

Trust PRO Contracting is seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Technical Engineer to support our growing operations in passive fire protection, firestop systems, waterproofing, epoxy, and specialized construction works. The role combines technical engineering knowledge with client-facing sales responsibilities, ensuring that clients receive the right technical solutions aligned with project needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, project specifications, and site conditions, and propose suitable technical solutions from Trust PRO’s service portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, system proposals, and compliance documents to clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop detailed BOQs, quotations, technical submittals, method statements, and tender packages.
• Conduct site visits to gather data, assess conditions, verify quantities, and support accurate proposal development.
• Provide technical consultations on firestop systems, fireproofing, waterproofing, protective coatings, and other specialized services offered by Trust PRO.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and alignment between proposed solutions and execution.
• Respond to client technical inquiries and support both pre-award and post-award phases.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies related to passive fire protection and construction solutions.
• Attend client meetings, consultant reviews, vendor discussions, and industry events to strengthen technical sales channels.
• Maintain organized documentation for all proposals, technical submittals, and client communications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in contracting or construction, preferably in fire protection, waterproofing, or similar technical fields.
• Strong background in preparing technical proposals, BOQs, submittals, and engineering documentation.
• Good understanding of firestop systems, fireproofing materials, waterproofing systems, coatings, or general construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM is a plus, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Certifications

• Certifications related to fire protection systems (optional advantage).
• Technical sales or business development training certificates.
