Sales Manager – Riyadh

Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role requires a proactive leader who can identify new business opportunities, meet revenue targets, and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the company’s client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and ensure they meet sales objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Bidding & Proposals: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the technical and estimation teams.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the construction, fire protection, waterproofing, or related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
